It's true! The Horton Plaza in Medford, OR throws the best parties in town. But we don't stop there. Our calendar is stocked full with interesting things to do for everyone, whether you want an active, outgoing adventure or just want to relax and enjoy an entertainment program.

We are able to offer more (and more frequently) exciting and fun events for our residents by banding together as a team with our sister communities – Fountain Plaza and Twin Creeks Retirement.
You'll find intriguing presentations, seminars, and classes throughout the year at Horton Plaza. Guest speakers are selected based on our residents' interests and requests.
Past programs have included our Financial Series, Wellness Series, and Gardening Series. We also take regular community trips to museums, libraries, and other areas of interest to our residents.
Enjoy dances, concerts, parties, and more right in your own home. We also take regular trips out into the Southern Oregon community to see plays, concerts, and other entertainment events. You'll also enjoy our Saturday scenic rides to all parts of Southern Oregon.
Other day trips and overnight trips are also planned on a regular basis. Have some popcorn and pull up a chair. Movie days are scheduled two or more times a week in our Theatre Room for a more relaxed kind of entertainment.
Join one of our many groups of residents who get together to continue activities they've participated in for years or are just learning in retirement. Current groups include Bridge, Chess, Cribbage, Pinochle, and Mahjong.
Meet your friends and bring your family. There's something for everyone, from our weekly Social Hour to our wine and cheese socials and afternoon teas. You may also enjoy our lunches and dinner trips out on the town. Or get involved in our many tri-community social events.
In-house church services are held each Sunday afternoon. Transportation to your favorite local church is also provided on Sundays.
